As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Technical Recruiter who enjoys finding great people and connecting them with interesting opportunities across our client network.

You don't need to be an engineer.

But you should be curious enough to understand what an ASIC, FPGA, VLSI engineer or embedded developer actually does — and interested enough to keep learning.

What you'll be doing

- Work directly with clients to understand their hiring needs and technical requirements
- Own the recruitment process from requirement intake to offer
- Source talent across IT, Software, Silicon, Semiconductor, Hardware, Embedded and Manufacturing
- Find and engage passive candidates for those hard to find roles
- Screen candidates and understand their skills, experience and career goals
- Present strong candidates to clients and manage the process through interviews and offers
- Build long-term relationships with both candidates and clients




- Manage multiple requirements while keeping things moving

What we're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, with strong experience in IT or Software hiring.
- Experience in areas such as Semiconductor, Silicon, Hardware, Embedded, Electronics or Manufacturing is a big plus.

You should be comfortable with:

- LinkedIn Recruiter & job portals
- Boolean / advanced sourcing
- Technical candidate screening
- Client communication
- Managing multiple requirements
- Working in a fast-moving workplace

- But beyond experience, we're looking for someone who is curious, persistent, organized and genuinely enjoys working with people.
- Someone who doesn't give up after sending 50 messages.
- Someone who knows that sometimes the perfect candidate isn't the person with the perfect CV.
- And someone who understands that great recruitment is about building relationships, not just filling positions.
