Role Description The Wedding Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for designing and executing visually cohesive and memorable wedding experiences. This role involves conceptualizing wedding themes, working on mood boards, coordinating décor elements, and guiding the creative direction for photography, videography, and visual storytelling. The Wedding Designer collaborates closely with in-house teams such as décor, photography, catering, makeup, and entertainment to ensure each event aligns with client preferences and budget. Daily tasks include meeting clients, conducting venue walkthroughs, planning layouts, reviewing visual content, and ensuring that all design and aesthetic details are delivered on time and to agreed standards.



The role requires hands-on involvement at events, including setup oversight, quality checks, and real-time adjustments to maintain the desired look and feel throughout the wedding celebrations.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong photography-related skills, including Photography and Photo Research, to support visual concept development and documentation of events.
- Candidates should possess image enhancement skills, such as Photo Retouching and Image Editing, to ensure high-quality visual content for client presentations and portfolios.
- Candidates should possess multimedia post-production skills, including Video Editing, to help refine wedding films, highlight reels, and promotional content.
- Candidates should have a strong sense of design and aesthetics, with experience in event or wedding design, décor planning, or related creative fields.
- Candidates should demonstrate excellent client communication skills, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in office at venues, managing multiple events, and handling fast-paced, detail-oriented environments.
- A background in design, visual arts, photography, event management, or a related discipline is preferred.
