- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and skilled growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate custom software solutions seamlessly within the broader technology ecosystem.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to enterprise applications.
- Experience in managing and optimizing application performance and scalability.
- Ability to lead code reviews and enforce best practices to maintain high code quality.
- Familiarity with development tools and frameworks commonly used in Java Enterprise Edition environments.
