About the Role

AGA9 is looking for a Junior B2B Sales Engineer with 1 year of sales experience to support business development across semiconductor, industrial, and precision manufacturing clients.

The ideal candidate is confident in client communication, comfortable with technical products, and eager to build a career in B2B technical sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, CRM, email, and outreach
- Support the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Build relationships with engineering, procurement, and business teams
- Conduct product presentations and customer follow-ups
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records
- Support quotations, negotiations, and order closures
- Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings
- Coordinate with technical/R&D; teams on customer requirements

Requirements




- 1 year of B2B / Technical Sales experience — mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials, Electronics, Mechanical, Physics, or related field
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with technical and commercial customers
- Familiarity with CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Willingness to learn technical products and applications
- Target-driven, organized, and proactive
- Willingness to travel when required

Preferred: Experience in semiconductor, industrial tooling, precision manufacturing, materials, coatings, or diamond technology.
