Job Purpose

Production Planning and Control ( Fabric issue to Final Packing and Co-ordination with Marketing) to ensure fabric OTIF from process house and W-House

Job Context & Major Challenges

Job Context:

Job Challenges: Completing the monthly targeted plan on weekly basis and fulfil OTIF and sharing decision for any incomplete order for onward action to achieve on time delivery.

KRA1Monthly target achievement OTIF of B&R;/OTC orderTo achieve B&R; OTIF - 80% and OTC - OTIF - 95% against commitment.
KRA2To achieve 100% material movement transactions in SAP, close the order timely and only the live order in system.Closing the completed orders with TECHO (SAP Process) to explicit data in SAP.
KRA3TAT( Turnaround time-process lead time)

ALL GREENTo maintain 90 % codes in green and overall average days should be less than agreed days (lead time)
KRA4To achieve 100% reconciliation of material from input from greige weaving to barcode ( B&R; )To maintain Daily update of the Production file and track All B&R;/Retail at each & stage.
KRA5Delay analysis report and Arrange the meeting in Tag-plan against a particular planningTo schedule & review Tag-plan.
KRA6Reconciliation of Pre-shipment sent And Approval pendingTo maintain daily update of the PSS (Pre-shipment Sample) sending status file communicate to all concerned departments and track each stage.
