We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer specializing in HVAC systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and meets industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment as needed.
- Install new HVAC systems and components according to industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with other engineering and maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in HVAC system maintenance and repair.
- Robust knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and air handling units.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with local HVAC codes and regulations in India.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
