We are seeking a highly skilled and handson Salesforce Agentforce Technical Lead to lead the design development and implementation of AIpowered solutions leveraging Salesforce Agentforce Einstein AI Data Cloud and Salesforce Platform capabilities The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership while actively contributing to solution design development integrations and deployment activities across enterprise Salesforce programs
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Agentforce solutions and AIpowered business processes
Work closely with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate requirements into scalable solutions
Configure and develop Agentforce Agents Topics Actions Prompt Templates and AI workflows
Design and develop custom solutions using Apex Lightning Web Components LWC Flows and Platform Events
Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Clouds and external enterprise systems
Leverage Data Cloud Einstein AI and generative AI capabilities to deliver intelligent automation solutions
Provide technical guidance code reviews architecture recommendations and best practices to development teams
Support deployment planning CICD processes release management and production support
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize solution performance and scalability
Participate in estimation solution design workshops and clientfacing discussions
