We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help us connect with schools and educational institutions, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit schools and meet with principals, coordinators, and management.
- Introduce and promote our educational programs and services.
- Generate leads through school visits, referrals, and networking.
- Arrange and conduct meetings, presentations, seminars, and workshops.
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with schools.
- Follow up with schools and interested students.
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
- Maintain records of school visits, meetings, and leads.
- Identify and develop new school partnership opportunities.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1+ year of experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Education or EdTech industry experience is preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and confident.
- Willing to travel for school visits and meetings.
- Preferred: Candidates with experience in school sales, institutional sales, education counselling, or EdTech business development.
- Ideal Candidate:
- Someone who is confident in speaking with school management, comfortable with field visits, good at building relationships, and motivated to achieve targets.
