Language: Telugu – Good Skilled Speaking Skills Mandatory

Salary: 17,000 – 25,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining service quality.
- Update customer details accurately in the system.
- Provide clear and professional information to customers.
- Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.

Skills Required

- Good professional Telugu-speaking skills – Mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
