Responsibilities:

Investor Communication & Reporting:

- Prepare and distribute quarterly investor reports, capital call notices, and distribution statements.
- Respond promptly and accurately to investor inquiries.
- Maintain and update investor CRM systems ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Fundraising Support:

- Assist in preparing pitch decks, due diligence materials, investor presentations, and other fundraising collateral.
- Coordinate investor meetings, including managing data rooms and administrative follow-ups.
- Track investor commitments, manage subscription documents, and maintain deal-related documentation.

Data & Analytics:

- Analyze fund performance metrics and portfolio data for investor updates and presentations.
- Collaborate with finance and asset management teams to compile performance insights and reporting inputs.

Compliance & Documentation:

- Ensure all investor communications comply with legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
- Maintain organized records of investor correspondence, agreements, and reports.
- Manage investor data rooms and record meeting minutes as necessary.
