- Interact with Players on the app stores and social media by addressing the query from the community.
- Communicate and coordinate with Design, Product, and Production teams related to improvisation and challenges based on game user feedback.
- Work with Product, Engineering, Design, and other departments to ensure a successful launch of new product features and events.
- Represent the voice of the user in meetings with partners of varying levels and job functions.
- Serve as a subject-matter guide on our games.
- Plan community engagement initiatives across channels.
- Work closely with the Quality department to make sure players bugs are addressed in a timely manner.
- Understand gamer pulse, establish brand awareness and traction across social ecosystem.

We re looking for someone who has:

- 2+ years of experience in Community Engagement, preferably in the Mobile Gaming industry.
- Should have the capacity to build strong rapport and relationships with the gaming community.
- An avid social media / mobile games player.
- Strong understanding of community development & management.
- Excellent presentation as well as Communication Skills both verbal and written.




- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building productive relationships with creatives, managers, and peers.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at different stages of development.
- Experience in handling escalations.
- Knowledge of media and market trends.
- Knowledge and practice of social networking sites.
- Bachelor s degree / Postgraduate in any discipline.
