- Ensuring the hiring in defined TAT as per manpower plan/JD
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through databases, portals, and social media.
- Execute creative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates for frontline sales
- Coordinating the interview schedule/drives, maintaining a candidate database
- Manage documentation & onboarding process.
- Taking Induction
- Handling employee grievance
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good communication skill
- Knowledge of sourcing through Naukri and other free job portals
- Knowledge of hiring for BFSI, Insurance (Health & Life ), Broking will be added advantage.
- Good knowledge of Advance Excel
