Key Responsibilities:

- To recruit a team of insurance advisors as per the corporate strategy.
- To ensure and maintain the levels of productivity as prescribed.
- To focus on developing various business segments as per the sales strategy.
- To train Insurance Advisors with the help of the dedicated training team.
- To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

Measures of Success:

- Achievement of sales targets and other parameters such as retention.
- Activation of advisors monthly.

Qualifications:

- Any Graduate/Post Graduate.

Skills Required:

- Sound knowledge of IRDAI regulations.
- Good communication skills.
- Positive understanding of underwriting and operation processes.
- Strong training and motivation capacity.
