- Proven experience working in cybersecurity roles, with a focus on security engineering, network security, or information security.
- Robust understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM solutions, antivirus software, encryption methods, etc
- Experience with network protocols, TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (eg, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS) and industry standards (eg, NIST Cybersecurity Framework).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
