Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities using RPA and SBPA frameworks.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
- Integrate RPA solutions with other technologies (AI/ML, OCR, APIs, ERP systems) to enhance automation capabilities.
- Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to gather requirements and design scalable automation solutions.
- Ensure bots are robust, reliable, and aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards.
- Maintain, monitor, and improve deployed bots; handle incident and change management for RPA solutions.
- Document technical designs, development processes, and user manuals.
- Participate in code reviews, peer testing, and support training efforts for end users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development.
- Proficiency with at least one RPA tool: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, etc.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, VBScript, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of business process management (BPM) and workflow automation concepts.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL), APIs, and integration technologies.
- Knowledge of cognitive services and AI-based decision-making is a plus.
