- Minimum of 5 to 12 years of experience in project management, with a focus on transitions for US Healthcare RCM
- Proven experience working in the healthcare industry, particularly with healthcare providers or payers
- Robust understanding of healthcare processes, systems, and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus

You will work closely with our clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to coordinate all aspects of the transition process.
