Position Summary

We are hiring an Associate for the Revenue Booking process, to ensure the quality and effectiveness of business, products, and services within the India business. The post-placement process handles transactions for end-to-end client servicing of accounts per IRDAI guidelines. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the policy life cycle and the various actions required for New Business/Renewals and Mid-Term Adjustments cycle.

Primary Responsibilities

- Handle booking inquiries for all potential clients on our system
- Book the business on the system, ensuring all the transactions are accurately recorded and aligned with the clients' requirements per IRDAI regulatory requirements
- Ensure that brokerage is calculated correctly
- Hold knowledge on quote share placements
- Generate unique reference numbers to facilitate renewals
- Hold knowledge on GST and various other taxes

Minimum QualificationsEducation
- Major: Any Graduate or Post Graduate with any Specialization
- Degree: Bachelor's / Master's

Licenses/Certificates
- Insurance certification will be an additional advantage

Work Experience
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Quality Analysis in the insurance domain
