Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
- Use SQL to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple data sources into Power BI.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to ensure data accuracy and improve report performance.
- Build and manage data models in Power BI, ensuring alignment with business requirements and data consistency.
- Provide ongoing support for existing Power BI reports, making updates as required by stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues related to Power BI reports and SQL queries.
- Ensure that Power BI reports adhere to data governance and security best practices.
- Assist end-users with training and troubleshooting Power BI reports and dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer, with a strong portfolio of developed reports and dashboards.




- Proficient in SQL, with experience writing complex queries, stored procedures, and data transformations.
- Strong understanding of data modelling and design principles in Power BI.
- Experience using Power Query and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for data transformation and reporting.
- Ability to work with large datasets and ensure that reports and dashboards remain productive and responsive.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address data-related challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Power BI Service for report sharing and collaboration.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices to create clear and insightful reports.
- Familiarity with database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
