- Provide desktop support and maintenance for hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux) for end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software applications.
- Manage Active Directory (user accounts, group policy, permissions) and user access controls.
- Diagnose hardware and software problems and replace defective components as necessary.
