- Design, develop, and execute automated and manual API test cases for SOAP and RESTful web services to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Use tools like SOAP UI and Postman for comprehensive API testing, including functional, regression, and negative testing.
- Collaborate closely with development and business teams in an Agile workplace to define test requirements and ensure timely delivery of quality software.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, and assist in root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and update test scripts and automation frameworks, contributing to continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
