We are looking for a Manual Tester with hands-on experience in API Testing and SQL to join our QA team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of software testing life cycle, excellent analytical skills, and experience working closely with development and product teams.

Responsibilities:

- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
- Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar.
- Write and execute SQL queries to validate backend data integrity and support testing activities.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or equivalent.
- Collaborate with developers, BAs, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in regression, integration, and system testing.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive test documentation.





Required Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in Manual Testing.
- Strong experience with API Testing (e.g., using Postman, REST, JSON).
- Proficient in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and defect management processes.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good to Have:

- Experience in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Rest Assured).
- Exposure to performance or security testing.
- ISTQB Certification is a plus.
