Roles & Responsibility

- Graduate.(any stream), Preferably B.com
- Manage and overall supervision of all daily activities of Branch/ Depot
- Proficient in MS Office preferably & SAP
- Look after the Drug & food Regulatory authorities & FSSAI license updation requirement & maintain the same.
- Monitor the daily Orders / Dispatches/ payment/ party claims of stockists.
- Follow up with the transporter/ courier to ensure timely delivery of goods to stockists.
- Ensuring all payments collections are deposited to the bank in time.
- Look after the SAP related work and activities and supervise the data entry operator for accuracy of the data.
- Interaction & providing daily feedback to the stockists / field/H.O. by phone/e-mail of their queries if any.
- Negotiate rates with the transporters to maximize cost savings while maintain quality delivery standards.
- Keep track of the quarantine/ Date expired & Breakage rejected stock and its destruction
- Look after the Cheque Bounces Cases, and recovery process if any
- Maintaining the decorum at the Branch from FDA & Drug storage point of view.




- Getting invoices prepared in time for despatch.
- Getting order entered in the system accurately.
- Follow up with stockist regarding outstanding payments.
- Full responsibility of order execution from order entry to dispatches of stocks.
- Coordinating with sales team and stockists and solve daily supply / Payment & other issues if any.
- Look after lead time of secondary transportation and suggest methods to improve.
- Do an audit of stock every month after closing.
- Co- ordination with Auditors external & internal on their visits and answering their queries.
- Sending of MIS report and other reports to HO & answering related queries.
- To ensure the SOP of Distribution is followed in totality.
- Candidate who are working in Depot, Branch / CFA regulated pharmaceutical companies only need apply
