Description

We are looking for an experienced Team Manager for Internal Communication to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of communication professionals and ensuring effective communication within the organization. The ideal candidate must have 8-13 years of experience in internal communication, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace. This position is based in India.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement internal communication strategies and plans
- Manage a team of communication professionals and ensure effective communication within the organization
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Manage the production of internal communication materials, including newsletters, emails, and presentations
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communication





Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 8-13 years of experience in internal communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in managing communication campaigns and programs
- Knowledge of digital communication tools and platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
