Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and Curriculum Delivery:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Use innovative and engaging teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Integrate technology effectively in teaching-learning practices.
- Assessment and Evaluation:
- Conduct regular formative and summative assessments.
- Provide timely feedback and maintain academic records.
- Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
- Classroom Management:
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Foster student engagement and participation.
- Ensure student safety and well-being within the classroom.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.




- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary lesson plans and activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Uphold school policies and ethos in all interactions.
- Contribute to school improvement plans and academic audits.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in the subject (Hons./Pass) + B.Ed. (Mandatory).
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant teaching experience.
- Solid command over the subject and communication in English
