We are seeking an Associate- IT Support to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess a strong technical background in IT support. As an Associate- IT Support, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients and ensure their IT systems are functioning smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support to our clients
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Ensure that all systems are up to date with the latest security patches and updates
- Maintain accurate records of all technical issues and resolutions
- Communicate with clients and team members to ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in the job market context of India
- Robust technical background in IT support
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with hardware and software installation and configuration
- Familiarity with network systems and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
