About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us attract and hire exceptional engineering, data, product, design, and technical talent. The ideal candidate has experience hiring for fast-paced product companies and understands how to identify top technical talent across India. Experience hiring across APAC markets is a strong advantage.

️ Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end recruitment for Technical roles across Engineering, Data, Product, Design, QA, Android, and related functions.

- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring needs, team structures, and workforce plans.

- Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter,



referrals, talent communities, job boards, and networking channels.

- Conduct initial candidate assessments, evaluating technical background, role fit, and motivation.

- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

- Drive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

- Coordinate interview processes and collaborate with interview panels for timely feedback.

- Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and candidate closures.

- Track hiring metrics, funnel conversion, and recruitment effectiveness.

- Continuously improve hiring processes and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

- 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.

- Proven experience hiring for technical roles in product companies, startups, SaaS, AdTech, FinTech, or similar environments.

- Strong understanding of technical hiring across Engineering, Data, Product, QA, Design, and Infrastructure functions.

- Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and talent databases.

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

- Excellent communication and candidate engagement abilities.

- Experience managing multiple hiring mandates simultaneously in a fast-paced workplace.

✨ Good to Have

- Experience hiring across APAC markets such as Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, South Korea, Japan, Australia, or China.

- Experience hiring niche and hard-to-fill technical roles.

- Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and talent intelligence tools.

- Experience working in high-growth startup environments.
