Role & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and urgency.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and accurately—escalating complex cases to supervisors with clear documentation.
- Record all customer interactions in CRM systems with high data accuracy and compliance.
- Meet daily KPIs including first-call resolution,



average handle time, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service workflows and reduce recurring customer pain points.
- Uphold brand voice and service standards in every customer interaction, ensuring consistent and positive experiences.

Skills & Qualifications

- Must-Have
- Fluent English communication (spoken & written)
- Preferred
- Experience in retail, telecom, or e-commerce support
- Knowledge of ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Basic MS Excel for reporting
