Royal Infraconstru Limited is an established infrastructure and EPC company with strong experience in railway infrastructure, bridges, structural steel and major civil construction projects across India.

We are looking for a smart, proactive and commercially aware Planning & Billing Engineer for our project site at Deosar, Madhya Pradesh.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, construction team, client, consultants and Head Office to manage project planning, progress monitoring, billing, quantity tracking and project reporting.

The role is site-based and may require travel or temporary deployment to other Royal Infraconstru project locations depending on project requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning & Project Controls

- Prepare and regularly update project schedules, work programmes and execution plans.
- Develop project WBS, activity schedules and construction targets in coordination with the project team.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly progress against approved project schedules.
- Identify delays, constraints and critical activities and highlight them to project management.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Progress Reports and Monthly Progress Reports (MPR).
- Track planned versus actual quantities, productivity and project milestones.
- Coordinate with site execution, procurement, stores, plant & machinery and other departments for timely project execution.
- Assist in preparation of recovery plans and revised schedules wherever required.
- Maintain project progress data, MIS reports, dashboards and supporting documentation.
- Support management in project review meetings and client progress meetings.

Billing & Quantity Management

- Prepare and verify client / RA bills based on executed quantities and approved BOQ items.
- Take measurements and coordinate with site engineers and survey teams for quantity certification.
- Prepare quantity calculations,



measurement sheets and supporting billing documentation.
- Maintain records of BOQ quantities, executed quantities, billed quantities and balance quantities.
- Prepare and verify subcontractor bills.
- Carry out quantity reconciliation for major construction materials and work items.
- Assist in rate analysis, extra-item / non-BOQ item documentation and variation statements.
- Coordinate with client representatives and consultants for bill certification.
- Track submitted bills, certified amounts, deductions and outstanding payments.
- Maintain proper billing records and supporting documents for audit and commercial purposes.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is not limited to preparing reports, but understands what is actually happening at the construction site.

The ideal candidate should:

- Have 5–8 years of experience in Planning, Billing, Quantity Surveying or Project Controls in infrastructure/EPC projects.
- Have hands-on experience working at construction project sites.
- Have good understanding of civil construction quantities, BOQ, drawings and specifications.
- Be comfortable working with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants and client representatives.
- Be able to independently prepare project progress reports and billing documentation.
- Have good analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Be proactive in identifying schedule delays, quantity variations and billing issues.
- Have strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Have working knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Be comfortable reading civil, structural and construction drawings.
- Possess good communication and coordination skills.

Candidates with experience in any of the following will have an advantage:

- Railway projects
- New railway line projects
- Railway bridges
- Tunnels
- Major bridges / structural works
- Earthwork and formation




- Highway / large infrastructure projects
- Government / PSU infrastructure projects
- EPC contracting environment
- Client billing and subcontractor billing

Experience working with organizations executing projects for Indian Railways, RVNL, IRCON, NHAI, NHIDCL, PWD or similar government infrastructure clients will be preferred.

Software Skills

- MS Excel – Strong proficiency
- Primavera P6 – Preferred
- MS Project – Preferred
- AutoCAD – Working knowledge preferred
- ERP / project management software exposure will be an advantage

Mobility Requirement

This position is based at our Deosar, Madhya Pradesh project site.

Candidates must be comfortable working in a site environment and should be willing to travel or work temporarily at other Royal Infraconstru project locations across India whenever required.

Candidates looking exclusively for office-based positions should not apply.
