*Qualification: B.E. (Any Discipline)*

*Key Responsibilities:*
Plan and schedule production activities and shift operations.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, materials and resources.
Monitor production, inventory and outsourced material planning.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
Improve production efficiency while maintaining quality and minimizing costs.
Monitor daily operations and take corrective actions when required.
Ensure compliance with plant safety standards and production processes.
Handle production planning for injection moulding operations and material flow.
