About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling beauty-tech startup operating at the intersection of skincare science and digital storytelling, we craft visually compelling, data-informed campaigns for premium skincare brands targeting Gen Z and Millennial consumers across India. Our designers fuse clinical skincare messaging with Instagram-worthy aesthetics—transforming product benefits into scroll-stopping visuals that drive engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty. You’ll be at the heart of scaling visual identity for a brand that’s redefining how skincare is marketed in the digital age. Role & Responsibilities

- Design high-conversion social media creatives (Reels, Carousels, Stories) tailored for skincare product launches, promotions, and educational content.
- Translate complex skincare science (ingredients, advantages, routines) into engaging, easy-to-digest visual narratives across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align design language with brand guidelines, campaign KPIs, and regional market preferences.
- Develop packaging mockups, email headers, landing page assets, and print collaterals that maintain consistent aesthetic and tone of voice.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, analyze performance metrics (CTR,



engagement rate, conversion), and iterate designs for maximum impact.
- Maintain and evolve a branded asset library (templates, icons, color palettes, typography) to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Canva Pro
- Figma
- Instagram & Facebook Ads Design
- UI/UX principles for mobile-first content
- Basic understanding of skincare ingredients and benefits (e.g., hyaluronic acid, retinol, SPF)
- Portfolio showcasing beauty/skincare-focused social media campaigns

Preferred

- Experience with motion graphics for Reels/TikTok
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite reporting
- Basic copywriting or ability to collaborate with copywriters for overlay text
