*Job Summary:*

Looking for a highly organized MBA Fresher to work directly with the founder on key initiatives, execution, and cross-functional coordination. If you are comfortable with Claude, Cowork, or AI tools to automate work, that is a big plus.

*What You'll Do:*

1. Drive execution on key initiatives - break down ideas into tasks, track progress, and ensure completion.

2. Coordinate across internal teams, external partners, and investors.

3. Build and maintain systems for project management, workflows, and accountability.

4. Prepare meeting notes, decks, memos, and research summaries for founder decisions.

5. Research and surface relevant information to inform strategic decisions.

6. Identify opportunities to use AI tools (Claude, Cowork, etc.) to streamline workflows.

7. Work proactively, independently, and maintain high confidentiality.

*Who We're Looking For:*

1. MBA Graduate - 0-1 year experience.

2.



Strong organizational and project management skills.

3. Previous experience in multi-stakeholder management.

4. Explicit, direct writing - no unnecessary length, excellent communication.

5. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and contexts simultaneously.

6. High ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

7. Interest in tools, automation, and AI.

*Nice-to-Haves:*

- Experience with Claude, Cowork, or Claude Code

- Comfort with Notion or similar project management tools

- Startup or scale-up experience

- Interest in Healthcare / Health-tech sector
