Role Responsibilities

- Daily Bookkeeping: Post day-to-day entries (Sales, Purchases,



Receipts, Payments) in Tally/ERP following standard accounting principles.

- Invoicing & Reconciliations: Process vendor bills, track customer receivables, issue Credit Notes, and prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

- Month-End Adjustments: Pass monthly accrual and prepaid expense entries, record depreciation, and assist in closing the P&L; and Balance Sheet.

- GST Compliance: Prepare monthly GSTR-1 data, reconcile purchase registers with GSTR-2B to verify Input Tax Credit (ITC), and assist with GSTR-3B preparation.

- TDS Compliance: Deduct appropriate TDS on vendor invoices (e.g., Sec 194J, 194C, 194Q) and ensure payments are deposited before the 7th of every month.

- Reporting & Audits: Maintain daily cash/bank registers, track aging reports for collections, and assist seniors during internal and statutory audits.
