URGENT HIRING – NEW HOSPITAL SITE

Location: Aditya World City, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

We are hiring verified and experienced healthcare professionals & support staff for our upcoming hospital site at Aditya World City, Ghaziabad.

1. General Manager – Operations

- Qualification: MBA – Hospital/Healthcare Management preferred

- Experience: 6+ years

- Experience with a large corporate hospital is mandatory/preferred

- Responsible for overall hospital operations, administration, coordination and operational efficiency.

2. Medical Superintendent

- Qualification: MBBS

- Experience: 5+ years

- Must have prior experience working as a Medical Superintendent in a large hospital

- Responsible for clinical administration, doctor coordination, quality standards and smooth hospital functioning.

3. Head – HR

- Qualification: MBA – HR

- Experience: 7+ years

- Experience with a large corporate organization/hospital preferred

- Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, employee management, HR policies and compliance.

4. Accountant

- Relevant qualification in Commerce/Finance

- Hospital/Healthcare experience preferred

- Responsible for accounting, billing, financial records and daily accounts operations.

5. Nursing Superintendent

- Qualification: B.Sc Nursing/GNM with relevant experience





- Hospital nursing administration experience preferred

- Responsible for nursing operations, staff allocation, patient-care standards and nursing team management.

6. NICU & ICU Staff

- Qualification: B.Sc Nursing/GNM

- Relevant ICU/NICU experience preferred

- Responsible for critical patient care, monitoring, medication administration and coordination with doctors.

7. Staff Nurse

- Qualification: B.Sc Nursing/GNM

- Relevant hospital experience preferred

- Responsible for patient care, medication, monitoring, documentation and coordination with the medical team.

8. OT Technician

- Qualification: OT Technician/Diploma/B.Sc or relevant qualification

- Relevant OT experience preferred

- Responsible for OT preparation, surgical assistance, sterilization and maintaining OT protocols.
