Job Title: Digital Marketing Project Trainee

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Project Lead with a proven track record of managing end-to-end digital marketing projects across SEO, social media, paid advertising, content, and other marketing verticals, while ensuring timely and quality delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete project lifecycle, coordinating between SEO, SMM, PPC, content, design, and development teams to ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards. This role requires strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking across multiple client accounts and marketing channels. The candidate must have hands-on experience managing client relationships, understanding client requirements across various digital marketing services, and translating them into actionable strategies and task plans for cross-functional teams. A strong understanding of core digital marketing processes (SEO, social media, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, etc.) is essential to effectively guide the team and troubleshoot roadblocks. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, deadline-oriented, and skilled in using project management tools to track progress and ensure accountability across teams. Excellent communication skills are required for regular client updates, status reporting, and expectation management, especially while working with international clients. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency workplace and has a proven history of consistently delivering multi-channel digital marketing projects on time without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee digital marketing project timelines from kickoff to delivery across SEO, SMM, PPC, and content verticals
- Coordinate with SEO executives, social media managers, PPC specialists,



content writers, and designers to ensure smooth workflow
- Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure on-time delivery across all marketing channels
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and updates
- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear project plans/tasks for respective teams
- Conduct regular team check-ins and status meetings to monitor project health across departments
- Prepare and share progress reports, timelines, and performance updates with clients
- Manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
- Escalate and resolve project risks, delays, or resource conflicts proactively
- Ensure adherence to digital marketing best practices and internal quality checklists across all channels
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reporting dashboards
- Coordinate campaign timelines across integrated marketing strategies (SEO + SMM + PPC + Content)

Required Skills:
- Proven experience in digital marketing project management within an agency setup
- Strong track record of delivering multiple multi-channel projects on time
- Solid understanding of core digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, content marketing, email marketing)
- Excellent client handling and relationship management skills, especially with international clients
- Strong organizational, planning, and cross-functional team coordination abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) is a plus
- Basic understanding of reporting and performance metrics across channel
