Alliance Manager – IT Infrastructure/System Integration

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Alliance Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships with OEMs, distributors, and technology partners. The role involves driving partner engagement, managing deal registrations and incentives, and coordinating with internal teams to support business growth.

Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with OEMs, distributors, technology partners, and vendors
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships
- Coordinate with OEMs and internal Sales, Pre-Sales, Purchase, and Technical teams
- Handle partner registrations, deal registrations, quotations, pricing, and incentives
- Manage partner-related documentation and compliance
- Identify new partnership and business opportunities




- Maintain regular communication with existing partners and build strong qualified relationships
- Track partner programs, targets, opportunities, and business performance

Qualifications

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Alliance Management, Partner Management, Channel Management, or Business Development
- Experience managing relationships with OEMs, distributors, or technology partners
- Strong understanding of the IT Infrastructure/System Integration industry preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

Candidate Profile

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Currently employed and based in or comfortable commuting to Delhi-NCR
- Stable employment history preferred
