Position: HR SPOC
Location: Zirakpur
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, or related field
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Shift: 9 Hours

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage employee queries related to attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR policies
Act as the primary HR contact for employees and assigned departments
Handle employee grievances, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution
Conduct one-to-one employee counselling and provide appropriate support
Drive employee engagement and wellness initiatives
Support performance management and employee feedback
Maintain HRMIS/HRMS records and prepare HR reports
Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes

Strong communication and active listening skills

Good knowledge of HR Operations and Employee Relations
Strong counselling and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to handle confidential employee matters professionally
Good knowledge of MS Office and HRMS/HRMIS
