Team

Making an impact. What will you do?

- You will provide daily HR guidance through close consultation with line management and analyze HR trends and metrics to support data-driven decision making
- In this role, you will resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances effectively and collaborate with management and employees to enhance work relationships, boost morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Offer clear guidance on HR policies and ensure consistent application
- You will monitor workforce and succession planning, delivering regular reports to stakeholders




- Identify training needs for teams and individuals and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Further, you will propose innovative HR strategies to support organizational goals
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities in partnership with business leaders
- Drive performance management processes including annual salary reviews, promotions, succession planning, and performance improvement initiatives
- Also, you will lead employee engagement, rewards and recognition, retention, and employee survey programs
- And you will ensure compliance with statutory requirements, labor laws, POSH governance, and maintain audit readiness
- Develop HR dashboards and workforce analytics to inform strategic decisions
- Lead organizational change and transformation initiatives to support business growth
- You will coach Team Leads on talent management, leadership development, and employee relations matters
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, assessment providers, and training vendors

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

- At least ten (10) years of experience in HR with at least three to four (3-4) years in HRBP role, operating at a senior level, with a proven track record of achievement & delivery of HR plans
- You have experience working in a medium/large-sized global organization with exposure to global compensation design/trends will be an advantage, working and interacting with colleagues located remotely and from different cultures
- A Graduate in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management, preferably with an MBA or equivalent degree/ diploma
- Professional certifications in Human Resources would be an added advantage
- Understanding / basic knowledge of financials and budgeting would be preferred
- Advanced Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS (preferably SAP)
