Delivery Boy – Job Description

Job Title: Delivery Boy / Delivery ExecutiveJob Responsibilities

1. Deliver products/parcels safely and on time to customers.
2. Collect and verify delivery details and customer information.
3. Handle parcels carefully to avoid damage.
4. Use a smartphone/mobile application for order updates and navigation.
5. Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, if applicable.
6. Maintain proper delivery records and submit payments/documents as required.
7. Coordinate with the warehouse/hub and customer support team.
8. Follow assigned routes and company delivery guidelines.
9. Provide polite and professional service to customers.
10. Complete daily delivery targets efficiently.

Eligibility

1. Minimum 10th pass preferred.
2. Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
3. Valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence required.
4.



Own bike/scooter preferred.
5. Smartphone with internet connection required.
6. Valuable knowledge of local areas and routes.
7. Good communication and customer-handling skills.
