We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth for Portwell’s industrial computing and embedded solutions. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing enterprise accounts, and working closely with customers to deliver cutting-edge industrial computing solutions. Key Responsibilities  Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories and industry verticals.  Drive sales of embedded boards, Box PCs, Panel PCs, network appliances, and industrial motherboards.  Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and enterprise customers.  Understand customer requirements and propose suitable industrial computing solutions.  Coordinate with application engineers and internal teams for technical discussions and solution implementation.  Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.  Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports for management review.  Represent the company at industry exhibitions, seminars, and customer meetings to generate business opportunities.  Track market trends and customer requirements to support business growth.



Required Skills & Qualifications  5+ years of experience in technology or IT hardware sales, preferably in industrial computing, embedded systems, or automation solutions.  Experience working with OEMs, system integrators, and industrial customers in sectors such as automation, healthcare, networking, or defence.  Good understanding of industrial computing products such as IPCs, embedded boards, and IoT platforms.  Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.  Ability to manage enterprise customers and develop long-term business relationships.  Willingness to travel across regions for business development activities.  Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field.
