Work from Anywhere in India | US Shift | GCC Setup Are you an experienced customer support professional with a strong background in international voice processes Were building a dedicated customer support team in India for a leading global event ticketing platform and are looking for professionals who thrive on resolving customer concerns with empathy, ownership, and efficiency. What Youll Do Handle inbound calls from US customers regarding ticket bookings, cancellations, refunds, disputes, and account-related concerns. Own customer grievances end-to-endfrom complaint registration to resolution. Assist customers with platform navigation, booking issues, and escalation processes. Manage payment disputes and chargeback-related queries. Maintain accurate customer records through CRM and ticketing systems. Deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting quality, CSAT, and resolution KPIs. What Were Looking For 3 years of experience in Voice/BPO operations. Minimum 1 year in a US or International Voice Process. Experience in Insurance, BFSI, Credit Card Services, Claims Processing, or Grievance Management is highly preferred. Strong complaint resolution and escalation handling skills. Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, professional communication style. Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Freshdesk, or similar tools. Stable employment history with demonstrated tenure and commitment.
