Job Description

Renesas Electronics is seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven qualified for the role of Regional Product Marketing Personal. This is a strategic and highly visible position responsible for driving market development, business growth, and customer engagement across India.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in microcontroller and microprocessor-based embedded systems, coupled with a strong background in product marketing, business development, and go-to-market execution. The role requires a proven ability to develop market opportunities, strengthen customer and partner relationships, and drive revenue growth through effective collaboration with sales teams, distributors, and ecosystem partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive regional business growth by enabling sales teams to achieve design-win objectives through comprehensive training, regular communications, customer engagement, and distributor support.
- Develop and deliver compelling product marketing collateral, promotional campaigns, and digital content that effectively influence customers, channel partners, distributors,



and key decision-makers.
- Represent regional market requirements to Product Business Units by providing market intelligence, competitive analysis, customer feedback, and recommendations for future product development.
- Define and execute India-focused Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies in collaboration with management, including product launches, new product and solution introductions (NPI/NSI), customer demonstrations, trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and engage design partners and ecosystem enablers to strengthen product ecosystems, accelerate design wins, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Establish, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) while proactively tracking and improving business performance.
- Provide product expertise, technical marketing support, and training to Renesas Sales teams, Field Application Engineers (FAEs), Sales Representatives, and Distribution Partners.
