Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Civil CAD Technician specializing in Transportation to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings, designs, and models for transportation infrastructure projects. You will work collaboratively with civil engineers and project managers to develop comprehensive CAD documentation that meets industry standards and project specifications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

- Develop and prepare detailed CAD drawings and designs for transportation infrastructure projects, including road layouts, traffic management systems, and highway designs
- Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and project requirements to create accurate technical documentation




- Utilize CAD software to model transportation systems and infrastructure components with precision and efficiency
- Analyze project data and design parameters to ensure compliance with transportation engineering standards and regulations
- Coordinate with civil engineers and project stakeholders to incorporate design modifications and updates into CAD models
- Maintain organized project files and documentation, ensuring all drawings are properly labeled, versioned, and archived
- Review and verify CAD drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to design standards before submission
- Assist in preparing project presentations and technical reports that incorporate CAD visualizations and design data
- Stay current with industry best practices, software updates, and transportation design methodologies
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to CAD software and coordinate with IT support when necessary
