Provides services that are required in the context of the design, conception and further development of the DDI corporate architecture of the client. It supports the suppression and post-processing of Prio-High faults in connection with DDI technologies.
area of responsibility includes, among other things:

- Participation in the design, conception and further development of the DDI enterprise architecture of the Project
- Service management of the client's DNS services

(e.g. creating, deleting, adapting DNS zones)
- Service management of the Project's DHCP services (e.g. creating, configuring, adjusting IP address ranges, activating DHCP servers, etc.)
- Creation of security policies and configuration specifications
- Carrying out tests and certifications
- Recreating scenarios in the laboratory
- Support for migrations
- Participation in the event of a fault in the event of a priority-high incident with a DDI context
- Processing of tickets
- Contribution of technical expertise / experience
- Clarification of open points / further steps / procedure
- Documentation and communication of the results of error analyses
