Arni Medica Private Limited, an ISO 13485:2016 certified medical devices and IVD manufacturer at the Medical Devices Park, Hyderabad, is looking for an experienced professional to own and manage our tender and government business end to end.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the complete tender lifecycle: identifying opportunities on the GeM portal and state/central procurement platforms, bid preparation and submission, compliance documentation, and post-award execution.
- Develop and expand government and institutional accounts, including Hospitals, Medical Colleges, ESIC, Railways, Defence, and CGHS institutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial bids, EMD/tender fee management, product and certification documentation (ISO, test reports, authorisations), and pricing in coordination with management.
- Track tender outcomes, maintain a tender calendar and MIS, and provide accurate forecasting, market intelligence, and competitive insights.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders including CMOs, Medical Superintendents, Purchase Officers,



and procurement cells.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure on-time supply and post-award obligations are met.
- Support dealer/distributor participation in institutional business where applicable.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and government procurement guidelines.

Qualifications

- Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, B.Tech, or Life Sciences; MBA is an advantage.
- 5-10 years of experience in medical devices, surgical products, or pharmaceutical institutional sales.
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience managing government accounts, tenders, or institutional sales.
- Hands-on working knowledge of the GeM portal, PMJAY, QBP, and government procurement processes.
- Robust documentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills; comfortable with Excel/MIS reporting.
