Role Description The Software Project Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Raipur, India. The individual in this role will lead and manage software projects from initiation through delivery, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating cross-functional development teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, defining project scope, creating detailed project plans, and tracking progress against milestones and budgets. The Software Project Manager will facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams,



mitigate risks, and ensure that solutions align with client needs and company standards. This role also involves overseeing quality assurance activities, managing change requests, and continuously improving processes and methodologies for software project execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project leadership abilities, including Software Project Management and general Project Management skills.
- Candidates should possess technical competencies related to Software Development and an understanding of modern software engineering practices.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and experience in Requirements Analysis to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience with agile or other software development methodologies, proficiency with project management tools, and prior experience managing multiple concurrent software projects are beneficial.
- A demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, prioritize tasks, and deliver projects on time and within scope is highly valued.
