The Quality Supervisor role offers the opportunity to support quality control and inspection activities within a manufacturing environment. The role plays an significant part in ensuring product quality, maintaining documentation standards, and supporting continuous improvement processes.

Responsibilities

- Validation of circuit testing jig with master NG and OK sample
- Knowledge of preparation PFMEA, process audit
- Create boundary samples based on customer specific drawings
- Assist inspection for MSA
- Inspection based on drawings
- Handling of measuring instruments
- Validation of final inspection board
- Support internal rejection data analysis including collection and temporary action
- Ensure correct FIC prepared
- Support ISO documentation
- Assist collection and preparation of countermeasure evidence
- Prepare inspection report for SPC and provide data for study




- Support review and updating of control plan and process quality control sheet as per requirements and department guidelines and maintain 5S in department
- Training to new manpower
- Make new part FIC
- In-process quality supervision as per system

Requirements

- Experience in quality control or quality assurance
- Knowledge of PFMEA, MSA, and SPC
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Familiarity with measuring instruments and inspection processes
- Basic understanding of ISO documentation
