About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Associate Creative Director to lead our design team and drive compelling creative solutions across digital and integrated campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strong design thinker with excellent leadership skills, capable of mentoring a team while delivering exceptional creative work that aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the creative vision and execution across multiple brands and campaigns.
- Conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions for digital, social, branding, and integrated marketing initiatives.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of 8–10 designers, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on creative output to ensure high-quality execution.
- Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Creative Directors, Strategy, Client Servicing, Motion, and Production teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Translate client briefs into compelling visual concepts and creative presentations.
- Ensure brand consistency and maintain high creative standards across all deliverables.
- Present creative ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8–10 years of experience in a creative design role, preferably within a creative, digital,



or advertising agency.
- Proven experience leading and managing a team of 8–10 designers.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, social media creatives, and integrated marketing work.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools is an added advantage.
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
