Position: Sales Promotions Officer Location: Mumbai

CTC: 4 – 4.5 LPA
Travel: Extensive travel across the Western Region
Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in Sales Promotions, Trade Marketing, Visual Merchandising or Retail Execution, preferably from the Toy / FMCG industry, with exposure to Contemporary Trade, General Trade or Specialty Retail. Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute sales promotions, festive/seasonal campaigns and product promotions across the region.
* Drive visual merchandising, product placement, shelf visibility and POSM execution across retail outlets.
* Coordinate with Sales Teams, distributors, dealers, modern trade and retail stores for effective promotional execution.




* Conduct regular market visits and store audits across Mumbai, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh.
* Ensure effective execution of displays, standees, gondolas, shelf branding and other promotional materials.
* Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, displays and new product launches and provide market feedback.
* Identify opportunities to improve retail visibility, display space and product off-take.
* Maintain market visit, promotion, POSM and competitor activity reports.
* Support recent product launches and regional marketing initiatives.
