Age Criteria: Maximum 38 Years Job Description: Lead and manage a team of 4-5 Medical Executives. Drive sales performance and achieve regional business targets. Coach, train, and mentor team members to improve productivity. Develop and execute territory business plans. Build strong relationships with key doctors, hospitals, distributors, and other stakeholders. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities. Ensure implementation of company strategies and compliance with reporting systems. Candidate Requirements: Graduate (MBA preferred).



minimum 2-4 years’ experience as an Area Manager. Preferably, one managing higher volume of sales and having stability in one or two companies will be preferred. Candidate should be based at Nashik with relevant market experience. Experience in Gastro therapy is preferred. Should have handled a team of 4-5 Medical Executives. Candidates with robust sales performance, higher business volume handling, and stable career history (1-2 organizations) will be preferred. Maximum age: 38 years.
