We're looking for experienced VNA (Voice and Accent) Trainers to join our upcoming UK Retail process in Pune. Key Responsibilities Deliver Voice & Accent (VNA) training to new hires and existing agents supporting the UK Retail process Design and conduct training modules to improve pronunciation, fluency, tone,
and communication effectiveness Assess trainee performance and provide structured feedback for continuous improvement Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to align training with process requirements Maintain training documentation, reports, and track batch performance Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate (mandatory) Minimum 2 years of experience as a VNA Trainer, preferably with international/UK process exposure VNA Certification is an added advantage (not mandatory) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Prior experience training for international voice processes preferred Willingness to work in UK rotational shifts, including night shifts as required Work Schedule UK Rotational Shifts Night Shifts may be required Fixed Weekend Off Selection Process
